Amplify Surgical is a growing medical device company dedicated to providing innovative solutions in spine surgery. We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Associate to support our marketing initiatives, trade shows, surgeon labs, and general marketing operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows and conferences, ensuring seamless logistics and brand presence.
- Organize and manage cadaver labs for surgeon training, including setup, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
- Provide general marketing support, including collateral development, digital marketing assistance, and campaign execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and product training programs.
- Ensure a high level of professionalism while interacting with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to handling human tissue during cadaver labs.
Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor Degree
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, events, or a related field, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with surgeons and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable handling cadaver specimens during surgeon training labs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and marketing software/tools (Adobe suite) is a plus.
- Ability to travel for trade shows, conferences, and training events as needed.
